Two years early!
Hi everyone,
I haven't posted on this bit of the site for a very long time but I have used a lot of the great advice and tips I've read along the way. I am happy to announce that DH and I are debt free other than our house! Our original debt free date was Summer 2009 but here we are in 2007, and it is fabulous.
This was the first site I came to when I needed frugal inspiration and advice and can honestly say we wouldn't be where we are today had it not been for all the knowledge I picked up here. So a huge thank you to everyone who has shared something here.

Thanks everyone, it does feel great!
I think the best thing was when I said to DH "what does that mean next to the balance on the bank statement?" I felt daft but happy when he said it meant we were in credit rather than overdrawn! Silly me. lol
