Default 2 down and more to go....

It's all about baby steps at our house.....

With our federal refund, I paid off our new couch $1100. Yes, we stupidly had to have the electric foot stool one. Scotch guarded. With the extended warranty, which will be sent to us in the form of a gift card ($100) if we don't use the warranty within 5 years. Yes, that was before I found Frugal Village.

Then I received an email today that we ahve comepltely repaid a 401K loan my DH took out! That means more money in the paycheck (and 401k)!

Up next is the truck! It should be paid for in October 2008.

    Just wanted to share!

That is an expensive couch, LOL! but at least it's paid off and hopefully you'll get many years of enjoyment from it. Good for you using your refund to pay off debt. That's what we plan on doing. I know too many people who look at it as free money to blow.

Getting your vehicle paid off this fall will be a great feeling!
