Create New Sub Category - Kitchen Basics

Just wondering if we could have an a new sub category added to the "Kitchen Basics" called 'Herbs' for those of us who don't know what to pair them with? Or would this be confused with gardening questions?

Maybe it could be called cooking with herbs.........or cooking/preserving herbs.........more of a 'breakdown' would separate it from gardening.
