anyone want to join homescan?
I've been a member for a while, maybe six months or so, and I got an email that they are now looking for new members. If you are interested in signing on PM me your email address and I will forward on the email with the link in it.
Full disclosure: there are points given to members who refer others; however I've been finding the whole scanning process to be a little annoying because I have to enter the prices in for the particular store I shop at most often, so in all reality the referral points probably aren't going to help me out much!

It is a program thru AC Nielsen, they send you a scanner and you have to scan your purchases and transmit weekly to them and you earn points. They also have surveys and I believe they do TV ratings thing.

So, were they unable to join then or just that the points didn't get credited? Someone at work tried it and it went to the Join Now page and let them sign up, but you are right there isn't a code. I'm not so concerned if the referral doesn't work, since I'm probably years away from any major point accumulations the rate I'm going at!
On another note - I have been banking my survey money since January (other than amazon gift certificates that I spend as soon as I get) and this morning I counted up my accounts and I've got almost $200 built up in cash, plus some merchandise points here and there, and then a ton at Mypoints. That'll help out this Christmas!

I signed up once and then didn't have time for scanning, so I sent the scanner back. I'd like to try again.

I just got my scanner last week, and I'm enjoying it. I don't shop a whole lot, though, so it's fairly easy for me.
