    Default My First E-bay Bid!!!

    Well, I have to admit to being VERY nervous about this, which is silly because it's not a big deal, but I actually bid on something at ebay today! Dh has been wanting to get in shape, so I've been looking everywhere for a stand that you attach to your bicycle and it turns it into a stationary bike. That way, you can exercise, no matter what the weather. He had expressed an interest in this, but when we checked the stores, they were $90 and above. Way too much. I posted here, but no one here had one, so I went to ebay this afternoon and found one that is currently at $35. I hope I win it, and I hope it gets here before his birthday! Wish me luck!

    Well, that's over. Someone must have also really wanted it because we had a mini-bidding war, but I'm letting them have it. The price is now up to $50 and when you add the shipping costs, it's as much as if I bought it at the store in the first place, so I'm out. Still, it was exciting while it lasted!

    I have really had fun with ebay! The secret to winning bids is to wait until the last minutes to bid.

    I haven't sold anything there yet but I plan to.
