I had a thought!
I do lots of digital stuff for people. I make the bottle cap images that are so popular, scrabble tiles, etc.
I'm considering approaching sport groups, preschools, kindergarten classes. And offering to do scrapbook pages for them. I do alot of custom graphics, and don't need to purchase much of that, although sometimes I do buy some. I know how hard it is for these groups to get volunteers to work on them. But there are always lots of pictures available. I'd get them printed, and all they'd need to do is put them in page protectors. I have the software. So really, my overhead most months would be very very low. Time is what will be used up here.
I'd just have to charge the per page for printing, and then a base fee per page or book, or if they want to do the printing themselves, as some schools do have the laser printers that could do it. I need to work out the details. I could also do birth announcements pages, graduation pages...
Would you use a service like that? For a 20 page 8x10 book, what would consider a fair price? Or for a team, if it is just 1 page?

Do you have any pictures that we could see of your work, so we could get an idea?
