    I found this and thought it was really worthwhile. I wish I'd seen it before, I would not have asked the question I did last month!

    I have bought from Etsy. I closed my account but will probably open a new one soon.

    My favorite thing from and Etsy seller is really good communication. A quick convo after the sale just to say "thank you" goes a long way. Those are the sellers I would really buy from again if I liked the item also.
