Pinecone actually just had 3 or so rounds of open registration. They may or may not accept you, but you can fill out the registration form when they have it open. They did 1 a couple of weeks ago, and I think 2 last week. That's actually how I joined several months ago; I never received an invite from anyone. I'll log in to my account and see if I can invite anyone, but the last time I checked, I didn't have that option for some reason.

I realize it's been a year since this post, but I just found out about Pinecone Research. I was googling around for information on open enrollment and how one might get an invite and I came across your offer of an invite.

If the offer is still available I would really appreciate one. If you aren't able to do it no worries. Thanks to you I have discovered frugal village and already have enough articles bookmarked to keep me busy for a week.
