Home Party Plans?
Hi, I was just wondering if any other moms here are consultants for any home party type business? Tupperware, Home and Garden Party, etc.

I'm not a consultant, but I have a friend who does Tastefully Simple and does REALLY well with it.
(I am in no way connected to Tastefully Simple....other than being addicted to their fudgy popcorn at Christmastime!

I am a Pure Romance distributor(consultant) I do it part time but I think I could do it full time if I wanted to. I usually only schedual 1 party a weekend (unless I know we need the extra $ for something) and I am booked for the next 2 mo. I might have to have a few more partyies just so they don't go to someone else.

I just signed on as a consultant with the HomeMaker's Idea Company. They sell home decor. I have not received my kit yet, but I have six shows booked. I can't wait to get started! I have done Pampered Chef and Avon in the past.

I used to be a consultant for Highlights-Jigsaw and Natural Bodycare, but it didn't work out for me, so I stopped. Now, I sell Avon and I'm having fun with it!

I have been thinking about getting back into Avon, as well. I tried it about four years ago, but I have more time to work on it now, and it would not compete with my HomeMaker's Idea business. I love being my own boss!

I have a program that I do that I am a wholesale distributor and I can sell it thru home parites...
if anyone would like to know more you can email me and I let you know what it is.
but don't want to say much and get kicked off from here. for I know many threads if you try to promote your business you get kicked. and wouldn't hate for that to happen.. and you can add your own stuff to this stuff too, for you treat it as your own business.
never heard of Tastefully simple... it a popcorn??? a home party??? interesting.... like to know more.
not heard of HomeMaker's Idea business.

Please don't blow me out of the water....I went to my first and last Tastefully Simple party. IMHO, this is very expensive mixes that I can make frugally for 1/4 the price. I did buy a couple things but they were not worth the money.
They sell bread mixes, sauces, etc. As a person that is trying to cook from scratch more, this does not fall into my plans to live a simpler life.

lthank you....You can post it. I won't toss ya out.
like I said I am a wholesale distributor... the ones that agress to sign up would work with me being the supplier to them..
example:
when the customer orders from them, they would then turn around and order it from me, and what the difference from the customer price vs what it cost them to buy it from me .... that difference would be their profit right off the top. no waiting to get it later like a lot of things are.
I would be more than gladly to answer questions to those that are interested in being a distributor, what would be helpful if they would send me thier address and I can send you a packet out to you to see if you would like to sell.
we carry over 3000 items from jewlry, garden and home decor, and we carry tons of things clocks, shelves, Exptoc decor, candles, candle holders, oil warmers, incense, Medival, western stuff, Native American stuff, red/white/blue stuff, Nantical stuff, canine friends,do;phins, wild life stuff,African, bronze, inspiration, musicals, frosted and clear glass, birthstone stuff, frames, mother Day stuff, kitchen stuff, and the list goes on and on...
Like I said over 3000 items...
I would be your dealer ...... just like you would be your dealer to your customer, but I would be your dealer to help your customer.
hope this helps. and I didn't say no much or you got bored.
I looked for a long time before finding this and I feel very happy with this..
items sells themselves.
in fact I put in a lg order today...
would love to share more information to you if you are interest in it..
GOD BLESS.
ps I won't be on for a while for I am leaving town tomorrow and won't be in until Sunday.... so if you pm me it will be a while before I get back with you.
smnoel again I thank you for sharing this, and if you need to remove it because I said to much then do so,,, I will understand...
but you told me it ok, so I did. LOL LOL

HomeMaker's Idea is home decor, baskets, florals and greenery, table linens, wallpaper border, and quilted throws and pillows... beautiful stuff, and reasonably priced. Sold mainly through home party plans, although I also do one on one consultations with a minimum $100 purchase.

Good luck with your party on the 29th Debbie! I think the hostess benefits are just awesome. I hope you get lots of free and half price merchandise! Just a word of advise, sometimes the guest turn out can be a little low, so try and get as many outside orders BEFORE your party as you can. If anyone can not come to your party be sure and show them a catalog, and give them a chance to order. Ask them if they would be interested in booking a show, too!
