eBay will be holding a three-day Penny Listing Designer sale on the U.S. site (www.ebay.com) beginning Tuesday, March 9th, 2004 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and ending at 23:59:59 PT on Thursday, March 11th, 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). Listings created prior to March 9th, 2004 and scheduled to start during the promotional period March 9-11th, 2004 will be eligible for the promotional rate.

This promotion will not apply to eBay Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, and Professional Services listings.

All other fees (including Insertion Fees, Final Value Fees and other optional listing upgrade fees such as Buy It Now, Highlight, Gallery, Gallery Featured, Featured Plus! Gift Services, Bold, Reserve, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) will still be charged. The promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to March 9th, 2004, including those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to listings created during the promotional period, March 9-11th, 2004 but scheduled to start after March 11th, 2004. If you choose to List in 2 Categories, the standard insertion and listing upgrade fees for listing in the second category will still apply.
