    Default wish me (more) luck!!

    I placed an ad in the newspaper today, selling off baby furniture, household furniture. If everythign sells I stand to make 290.00. The ad cost 20.00 and runs for seven days...including the weekend paper. So it it all sells, I will profit 270.00. Not too bad, it'll sure help.

    If dh can't meet for the transfers, pastor will let me arrange to meet at church he said. That way ppl don't know where I live ya know? Gave my cell number too.

    The ad starts running tomorrow.

    Oh good luck Missy! I'm so proud of you too cause you did everything the safe way. We've had some real characters come to our house when we were selling vehicles and just the people who come to yard sales can be scary!, lol.

    I hope you sell it all. Lucky you, you have a daily paper. We only have a 2 day a week paper in our town and then there is a freebie one that comes in the mail so they count that as 3 days for a week ad and charge us $13-$20!

    Wow, that is a cheap ad! In our daily paper, a ONE day garage sale ad (2 lines, 20 words or less) costs $21.
