    I sell Avon, but I'm not sure I'm the best person to give tips. I just sort of let the Avon sell itself.

    I would highly advise giving excellent customer service. The person I used to buy from didn't, and that is how I got some of my customers- they weren't happy with her- she didn't bring things in when she said she would and things like that. I also always include a little piece of candy and samples with my orders. Doesn't cost much and people love them.

    I sell gourmet candles for scent sations and I market a lot online. Some things to try include, forum posting with your website url, blogging, article writing and yahoo instant messager. You can also try networking with reps from other companies in your area. Good Luck!
