    Default Help me figure out how to raise cash

    i have an opportunity to buy a hot tub real cheap, saw it, looks great.

    i need to come up with 400 in a short time frame.

    i have for sale at craigs list:

    xl glider exersize machine 100.00
    kids outdoor play gym thing little tikes kind 75.00

    I have parties
    I have a BBP party comming up on the 2nd (hoping to make 100)
    and a book party going on now (hoping to make 10-30)

    my buddies here in town are broke, can't baby sit for cash
    i am a sahm homeschooling with 3 kiddos so i can't take on any extra jobs right now.


    help me brainstorm!!

    ok, ok.... I've got one.....

    what if you list an online yard sale on Craig's List with various smaller items also? With pictures too! (can you post pics on craigslist??)

    also, do you have any used book stores in the area that will buy books??

    or.... you could sell music cd's to a new/used music store (I've done this one a dozen times over the years)

    but all of these items could start in your online yard sale & you may get lucky and have someone buy a bunch

    Why not have an indoor yardsale? Put everything you want to sell in the living room with price tags on them, post the yardsale on local cheapcycle groups, craigslist, etc..

    Let us know if your able to raise the money
