I am in the thinking/dreaming stage now of starting a side-line business. I would like to have a sandwich delivery business. Not your normal turkey, roast beef, etc. But specialize and add a gourmet touch. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing and can offer advice about pricing, etc?
