I mystery-shopped Cold Stone Creamery today!
Upon the recommendation of someone on this forum, I signed up for Retail Eyes several months ago, but they never had anything where I live so I just kind of forget about them. But they emailed me this week to let me know there is an assignment for me at Cold Stone! Being somewhat lactose intolerant, and particularly aversive to cream, an ice cream job would not be my first pick. But I took my Lactaid and made myself some money!

What a great assignment - I'm jealous.
I've never tried mystery shopping although I've heard some people do really well at it...

Congrats on your job, but just a little warning. You should never list the company and the place you shopped. That is a no no. Your confidentiality agreement you sign when you sign up to shop says that you do not tell who the clients are that you shop. You could lose your job shopping for that company. You could say you shopped Cold Stone Creamery, or that you did a shop for xyz company, but not both.

Check out www.volition.com (and the forums - they are AWESOME!) for more info and a HUGE list of companies you can sign up with for FREE. (NEVER pay to sign up to mystery shop! That's a SCAM!)

I mystery shop quite often at a pizza place called Mr. Gatti's here. Nothing better than $30 worth of FREE pizza and games! woohoo!
I wish we had a Cold Stone! I'm a bit jealous... I've been craving ice cream for quite a while, but we don't usually keep it in the house (I have NO willpower.. lol).

I was introduced to Cold Stone Creamery last June. It was yummy! I have been there about a half a dozen times since then. What a fun assignment that would be.

I love Cold Stone Creamery. Would you mind pm'g me and telling me which company contacted you? There is a C.S. Creamery in the city that we go into fairly often. I would like to sign up with the company. Pls. don't post it in public as that's against the rules of mystery shopping.
