Smile Part time job, my own hours!

Okay, the lady that we used to rent from stopped by yesterday. She needed someone to clean her houses for her. She is a real estate agent, and one of her investors is whom I'm working for. Like they need mopped, carpets cleaned (she has shampooer), stuff like that. I talked to the guy today and he will pay me $150.00/house. Not too bad! I have three houses lined up, and they are all within 5 min. of my house. I can do them on my own time, she drops off the keys and I do them whenever.
The one that I'm doing on Monday, Victor (guys name) wants me to show the house for him, and if I rent it out for him he'll give me a $500 finders fee! YAY! Easy money!
