    Default Question about Ebay stores

Although I have sold on Ebay before, I have never had a store.I am now considering this option and I need all of the information that I can get on how to go about setting one up.Has anyone here done this? Is it cheaper in the long run?Is it more convenient? Thanks

I have a store and have had it for about 2 years. They are very easy to set up, Ebay basically walks you through it. There is a flat fee of 15.95/month to have a store. The listing fees are cheaper for store items, but the final value fee is higher.

I think it is worth it if you know you will keep a constant stock of items. If you are an occassional seller, then the 15.95/month would probably not make it worth it.

Also, if you do decide to open a store, you need to keep running auctions so people can find your store,,,,, Store items for the most part do not show up in a search.
