Default question to those who sell books online

I just listed a bunch of books on half.com and just sold one. How should I pack it to ship? What is the cheapest method, should I purchase bubble mailers? Any better suggestions? Thanks!

I ship mine in a big envelope. I generally wrap the book in plastic wrap just incase it gets wet.

For the inside of the envelope, you could cut up some paper bags for a nice neat wrap. I always ship books via media mail, it's much cheaper and usually arrives just as quickly!

~Our Walgreens often puts their bubble mailers on sale 3/$1. Or you can wrap in two plain paper envelopes. Definately do media mail! You might also want to add delivery confirmation. That way, if there is a dispute, you can provide the tracking # and prove that it was in fact delivered. Paypal and Ebay/Half.com have helpul sellers info in their dispute sections.~
