    Thumbs up Most Exciting Thing Happened Last Monday

    We were surprised by the UPS truck stopping.
    We got a sample bottle of Shade Tree BBQ Sauce
    They have some more tweaking to do , but it shows the dream is becoming
    a reality.
    " For the newbies "( my Fiance is getting his very own BBQ Sauce ready for market)
    We have 10 gigs to do already this year. 3 weddings and the rest are grad parties and birthday's
    This will really help with getting The Restaurant.

    we are so excited... even if it will be awhile yet......

    Yes, we want the most perfect resturant. Its about 10 miles from here and 5 miles from my sister who will be our head waitress.
    It will be BBQ and Buffet

    Its taken 10 years to get his ingredients to where he says it's great Southern BBQ ( he lived down there 20 years)
    First you have to take a sample into
    the manufacturing plant and they run tests to see if its shelf reliable and then its FDA approved.
    The next step is he has to go there and be in the test kitchen til they get it perfect.
    Then he will get the labels designed
    and will place his first order.
    He will have to get his product into the stores, but he will belong to The Pride Of NY Organization and they will see it in their stores. they will have his new sauce At the State Fair hopefully.
    We are going to have a website designed by a friend and people will be able to order there.
    He is now working on a Hot Wing sauce
    and a Pork seasoning rub.
