    Cool need Ebay advice

I have 4 chidren who all where mostly name brand clothes. ( ifind these at yard slaes in new or gently used condition)I was wondering if any of you have sold children's clothes on ebay. I am considering this, because we live way out in the boonies and won't be able to get many people out here for a rummage sale and with 4 kids we are getting quit a lot of clothing racked up in the attic. Any way if any one has done this can you give me some advice on pricing shipping stuff like that

I've sold clothing. The brand name stuff does well. My advice is to do a search on eBay for a similar item. That gives you an idea of what they sell for, but also a good starting price. You can get shipping prices from the USPS website, and you can also order shipping supplies from them-they will deliver to your door, and they are FREE. Have a general idea of what your item weighs. That way you can check the site to see what to charge for shipping. If this is something you think you will do long term, I recommend buying a postal scale. I bought a small one at BJ's for $30.00

The names that seem to do well are Limited Too, Old Navy, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. Try to describe your item as best as possible (small spot, no stains, button down, zip front, etc.)

I hope I answered all of your questions!

There are also some auction/ebay type sites online that deal just with childrens clothes. I don't remeber the names but I'll try to do a search for you and see if I can locate them.

Maybe someone here knows the links.

Thanks everybody. Now I just have to quit yard saling so much so I have time to get things posted. Everyone has inspired me to get decluttering this week if I can get away from this computer. My kids only have a half day at school today so not much will get done today.
