I am really trying not to get discouraged (Way too long)

Thank you all for the prayer and support. I was really down yesterday. Update: My son came in and apologized to me last night after he got off work. We had discussion and dh told him just where he stood...that it was my house before it was ds's.
Everything else has quietened down for the moment. I'm cherishing the idea of an evening without a phone call.

Di, you really are dealing with a handful! I am glad things are moving along w the gks. Hopefully their dad will land a job soon. It's tough out there.

As to your mom, you are right it is her decision to make. But that doesn't make it less hurtful for you to see.

Now, your other son.... Well, you can chalk it up to his not knowing where he fits in the world. But honestly, I think he needs the kind of rules set upon a seven year old. Sure he's older, but heck he has to learn to respect you and your household rules. Tell him if he truely were a man then he would accept these responsibilities and understand that respect is earned not just granted when you reach some magical age.

You are in my prayers. If your son cannot appreciate you and respect you then he needs to find his own place. You have done your job and it is time for you to fine some peace in your life.
