I'm very nervous
I'm going to the doctor today. I've been feeling lousy for the past four days, thinking I had a touch of the flu. Fever, sore throat, coughing, and achy all over and then yesterday I spotted a bullseye type rash on the back of my arm, and then I remembered having a tick bite there a few days before. At the time I didn't think much of it, just pulled it out and put alcohol on the bite. Anyhow there was something on tv about lyme disease a few weeks ago and I remembered that it produces flu like symptoms and also the bulls-eye rash. So now I'm freaking out, I had a cousin who had this and was really bad for him. They didn't catch it for a while with him though, and I read online if caught early most recover 100% with antibiotics.
I really really hate going do the doctor, seen enough of them already! Plus the fact I know they'll have to take blood and I'm very afraid of needles.

I am glad you are going to the doctor. Your symptoms do sound like lyme disease so the sooner you get there, the better.

I'm glad to hear you went to the doctor and they caught it early, espcially with flu season just around the corner. Prayers and hugs.
