Oral Surgery for dd, Wednesday 10:30 am

~Ds had his oral surgery three weeks ago and now it's dd's turn. I'm not quite as crazy this time around although I did have a bad weekend, driving myself into a panic worrying about it.
We're actually leaving for a camping trip on Friday morning so I've been trying to focus on that while I've been praying for an easy surgery and recovery.
I'd appreciate prayers for her!~

Sendings good thoughts your way....I'm sure your baby girl will feel so much better after it's all over..just look at this way your taking good care of your children instead of waiting until it's to far gone and they endup suffering...((HUGS)) Constance please keep us updated..

Constance, I'm sending prayers and positive thoughts for both of you. Hopefully you'll both can be more relaxed since you know what to expect now. I'm glad you all have a camping trip to help take your mind off it, too. It will be a nice reward for the kids and you to get away after all this. [[[Hugs]]]

~We're home and she's just fine! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!
Dd was more upset about having to take off her favorite orange shirt and sandals than about going into the OR. She had a huge, screaming meltdown about it. She has a bad temper but I'm sure the lack of food was behind the complete hissy. She screamed and cried until a male nurse carried her into the OR.

Surgery took longer than they expected(don't they always?)but they didn't have to do the extraction that was planned. That and some anti-nausea medication during surgery has made the experience with dd completely different than ds's surgery 3 weeks ago. Ds threw up for hours after but dd is just fine, just like dental work in an office.
Again, thank you for your hugs to me and prayers for her! I appreciate it so much!!~
