Prayer request

Hey, all. I havent been very active here lately, i know. A lot has been going on. Hubby lost his job and I am still fighting a war with my mortgage company and IRS. We have enough to survive for about 2 months or so. Our church might be able to step in. Praying it is so. Hubby is working on getting him self set up to work for himself, employment is hard. Looking for a boss with a job is hard. So we are praying he can get lined up soon. House is falling apart, I am an emotional wreck, but trying to hold it together. We arent behind on any payments yet. Thank God. But we are looking at some steep challenges in the early future. Were keeping internet because 1 its cheap, and 2 it is necessary for the kids schooling. and 3 our phone is linked to having internet...vonage. We dont have cable, so thats not a problem to us. Insurance is up to date, mortgage is up to date and car is too. so we are ok...i think. Praying for a miracle to happen.

In the mean time the kids have been encouraging with their generosity...they have gathered things for the homeless and some things to give to an organization to send to haiti. Pretty cool if ya ask me, since they are 7 and 10.

anyhow, our chins are up and we are asking for prayer if anyone is inclined.

I'm so sorry, Missy. I hope your dh is able to find work soon. Praying for you...

I will continue to pray for a new job for your dh! It is so good that you and the kids are counting your blessings right now and trying not to get down, but help others. What an inspiration!
