    Default Been in hospital!

    So I have been out of hospital for less then a week after a 5 week stay on the mental health floor. They have changed my meds AGAIN! My ex has been staying at my place with our daughter and looking after my animals. He is staying a few more to see how I am doing. Then DD starts school. I am on the list for a treatment centre for Complex PTSD and dissociative disorders. I am also on the list for day treatment program in my own city. Plus they want me to do so group therapy, grief counseling, counseling with my ex and my mother. Plus I will be doing some family counseling with DD. I also found out that the long term therapy and support I am supposed to get that the government changed there funding so I may not have any support in 6 months. My worker is trying to work around that and see because the Psychiatrist said I need long term treatment and therapy. Any where from another 7 to 15 years before I start to level out and feel human and normal. Once again in the hospital the drs were not sure how to treat me. They told me that if I had Bipolar or something like that it would be easier to treat. But I am consider "chronically" ill and complex to treat because of the layers of problems I have.
    I am trying to get back into the swing of things but unlike other times I am finding it much much harder. I am hoping that once DD starts school on Tuesday that maybe it will be easier to find some sort of routine.
    There is talk about moving me to a more intensive case manager but I am kind of thinking well if you are only going to give me six months what the heck is the point.
    I am trying to keep my self busy. I started painting and drawing again after the nurses who knew me from previous stays pushed for me to do it. They said try not to think about doing commissions or being perfect. I find it hard though. I also got Yule wool and am going to make a knitted chain instead of the paper chains I make for Yule. Plus I was given some books so I will read those. I am still trying to catch up on house work though. It sucks being OCD and coming home and nothing is the way it was. Trying not to let that stress me to much. They also want me to stop isolating myself so basically told me to go out and make friends. Ummm I don't know how to just go make friends?
    They were still playing with my medication when I left and because they wanted me out they increased some of my meds 30% one day and 30% again the day I was discharged. I can't even get in to see my own psychiatrist for a month. So today I was up at 3am!!!!! Oh and I have chronic heart burn now from the new meds.
    I am trying to do things to simplify my life. I am going to go and get some sort of organizer with drawers so I can label them bills to pay, DD's homework to do then a drawer for when homework is done. My mom got me an early Yule gift so I wouldn't have to write the date on my hand anymore and so I would remember my meds. She got me a watch with 3 alarms that I set for the times I am supposed to take my meds plus it has the time and date on it.

    i hope for your recovery soon-i,m going through somewhat you are going through so all i can send you is prayers like all fv did for me and is still doing-its hard at times but must go on---sending you long hugs and prayers
