Since you asked - and I am an outsider with no personal attachment - if the outcome is absolutely certain with no chance of survival, I would advise delivery at the soonest opportunity.
You are going to grieve regardless - so if it must be done, tis best twere done quickly. No need to prolong your heartache carrying the baby longer - if you do it will only hurt the more when the time comes.
I'm so sorry. If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

There's an organization that specializes in photography for families facing infant loss. Not sure if you're interested or not, but I want to make you aware of it. I'm just going to drop this here, since I can't go to the site without choking up.

Update and thanks
Thank you all.
We are still considering the early delivery route. But some of the complications that have come up include: if I chose to deliver early and needed to do it via c-section since all my others have been c-section due to complications, it would be a vertical cut not a horizontal, trying to figure out the money part of it. Insurance will help but we don't know how much.
Right now, I am in a sort of numb zone but it helps in trying to talk out all the possibilities. Although the decision may be out of our hands because I THINK I may be going in to pre-term labor. Not sure because I've never felt labor at all before. I'm talking to the doctors, don't worry.
PS - the person who has tried to friend me, sorry I can't remember your name right at this moment. I keep trying to accept but it isn't letting me.MissSeetonFan

Update: Still waiting
Believe it or not, inductions don't work on me. We were at the hospital for 2 days trying all that could be safely done and I went no where. Even with pre-term labor helping to jump start things.
So we are sort of in a holding pattern with whether I will go into pre-term labor again, have another try at induction, early c-section (around 28-30 weeks (another 4-6 weeks waiting) or just carry full term.
Perinatologists are consulting to see what would be the safest time for a standard c-section.
I have been having some more pre-term labor again but I'm not getting my hopes up that it will go anywhere.
Thank you all for your good wishes.MissSeetonFan
