my mother is dying
hello everyone. i won't be around for a while or maybe sporadically. my mother just requested a dnr order. she has been in and out of the hospital all month. she has too much wrong with her and will end up living on machines. we don't want that.....we don't want her to suffer. when she was rushed to the er 2 nights ago we seen what they had to do to her tiny frail body. we were told with her pnemonia that she would be back and forth from home/rehab to the er on a weekly basis. i can't see that for her. she also can't eat without throwing up. and much more wrong with her. it is a very sad day for us. george and i will miss her sooo much. she lived here with us for the last 2 years or so. it hurts me even walking by her bedroom. we will be holding vigil by her bedside. will be at the hospital more than home.

so sorry prayers said for your family .
My Nana is on hospice since wednesday for same type of issues- doesnt want extraordinary measures or dialysis vents etc and is having multiple systems slowly failing .*~Debbi~*
