Unhappy Please pray for the family of our hometown hero

We just found out a little while ago that a young man from here was k.i.a. yesterday in Iraq. I'm asking for prayers for the family of this young man. They don't have a large circle of support and will be needing all the comfort that they can get. His name was Aaron.

    Thanks everyone.

I'm so sorry. When I hear of these poor people killed over there it reminds me of the friends that I lost to the Viet Nam war. I'm heartbroken when I hear of it.

My heartfelt prayers are going out to this family, I hope that they get the support that they need to help them through this.

    Oh Lisa,
My heart just breaks for Aaron's family and for all the families that have lost loved ones in this awful battle. My prayers and love are with this family.
Lisa, could you get an address for them so I could send them a card? I know it's just a drop of rain in a huge ocean, but I really would love to try to do something to let them know that even though I do not know their son, I so appreciate all that he did for all of us here and for the people of Iraq. He is truly a hero. I'd better stop now because I can't see very well through my tears.

This is a good idea Debbie. I'd also like to send my support to them as well. Even if it's just a card to let them know that they are not alone.

For anyone who wants to send a card you can send it to:

    Doug Austin and family
    P.O. Box
    Sunray, TX 79086

It's ok that the P.O. Box is blank..... he will receive the cards.
Please don't mention my name, thank you in advance.
