    Question Why would anyone do such a stupid thing?

    Yesterday our pup was outside on her chain. She began to bark and get really excited. I looked out the window and here is this woman walking towards her with a toddler who could barely walk. As Kyla got more anxious, this woman continued bringing her child toward Kyla.

    I immediately ran outside and calmed Kyla down and we took her inside immediately.

    Why would anyone with a child that young bring the child to a strange dog they don't know.
