3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
3 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl, mix gelatin and sugar, add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add cranberry juice; chill until mixture has the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Fold in apple, celery, and walnuts. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan and chill until firm. To serve, cut into squares. Makes about 8 servings.
