Do you actually STUFF your turkey?
In our general area, we mostly have "dressing" rather than stuffing. Do you guys stuff or dress?
Do you use things other than breads, onions, celery, eggs, water, salt and pepper, sage, to season and add to? We only use the above with a *few* minor other seasonings....like poultry seasoning and chicken broth I think. I'd love to hear your versions of dressing/stuffing.

I saute onions and celery in butter. Add to 1 bag of Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing mix. Salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Add enough water or chicken stock to just make moist. And my secret ingredient........ I chop up 1-2 apples (depending on how big they are). I do not stuff the turkey cuz I hate mushy stuffing (or dressing).

Dressing here vs. stuffing. I don't like mush. I use basically the same ingredients, but have goofed the dressing before.
(adding too much broth) I have added sausage before and nuts to my dressing.

I prefer stuffing, and since I do my Turkey early and slice it up, I have the turkey juices to put in it..... I don't put it in the bird and I don't use egg..... lots and lots of celery and onion and I make mine from scratch.......
