can't wait till ours comes around in the U.S. It's my favorite holiday of the year. Gives me a good reason to cook all the fattening things I normally don't.
Hope y'all will share what goodies you have cooked up for your TG.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian friends. <- faux turkey. (psss... when is it?)
My son is busily preparing for his first Thanksgiving. He's part of the celebrations at the Japser Park Lodge, and having moved into his apartment, is also cooking Thanksgiving dinner for his friends.

Well, after two full days of two huge turkey meals, I am giving thanks. To have this much food, family and friends, it has been a wonderful holiday weekend.
Forestdale - your son should have an absolutely wonderful time this weekend in Jasper. Jasper is mine and dh most favourite place. We worked and lived near there and have hiked and biked and camped and hung out in Jasper many many times. It is our, hopefully, "retirement" home someday.
Hoping you all have a terrific Thanksgiving.. I too cannot wait for ours to come.........
