    Interesting site, but if anyone uses it for comparing cities (costs of housing, utilities, etc.) please do your own extensive research as well. I have been playing around comparing cities and have found that the median housing price they have listed for my area is very incorrect (listed as $94,100 and you would be lucky to find a very basic home in need of some major TLC for that price here).
