    Default Hot feet

    It takes me so long to fall asleep at night because of hot feet. At almost 45 I don't know if this is just one of those things or menopause related. All I know is it drives me nuts. Anyone else suffer from hot feet?

    Sure is something that this age your body starts freaking out when your home life is freaking out too(babys flying the nest). Joy joy.

    Care to dance, hot feet?

    Seriously though, I suffer from cold feet and irritable legs that don't like to sit still. I don't have it often but when it happens it's awful.

    Are your hot feet like a hot flush? Does it feel like your feet are sitting in hot water?

    I think that the majority of these things are hormone related in some way. I'm not sure about hot feet though. I haven't heard about that before. I hope it's not too much of a problem for you, Darlene.

    I suffer from cold feet and irritable legs as well. I've never heard of hot feet being a side effect of menopause. Thats a new one on me.

    I have it too Darlene!

    Fastest thing that can wake me up, if my feet are hot a hot flash is about to start. Very irritating!

    My dmil has that as well. She's never known what does it to her either. I hope you get some answers.
