    Default What do your Grandchildren call you?

    My 18 month old Granddaughter calls me Mom Mom She is just starting to put words together. When she says "Hi Mom Mom "I melt. I used to hear Grandparents bragging about thier grandkids and I would think "oh brother" Now I am one of them Lovin every second of it!

    No grandchildren here --- I had my twins when I was 39 --- and they will be 13 on Saturday.

    When I DO have grandkids they can call me anything --- the more creative the better! Mary, we called our great grandmother Mom Mom --- I like that a lot.

    My 3 yo dgrandson calls me, Grandma, my 18 month old dgrandaughter just started calling me, Nana, all on her own. My 5 month old dgrandson hasn't called me anything, yet.

    My grandchildren call me "Grandma Lori". This is because they have so many grandmas that it gets confusing. I'm 50 and MY grandma is 96. Lots of longevity in my family.

    Most of my grandchildren call me grandma or grams....... My grandson who has downs calls me momma Fern....... He calls his other grandmothers , grandma........ I feel special

    my poor mother didn't think my son would ever come up with a name for her. my father was pawpaw from the time my son could talk. it wasn't until several months later he finally named her mawmaw. then my hubbys mother and step dad are nana and pa and the hubbys dad is grandpa. then we have great grandma (my mothers mother) he may not get to see her often but he certainly knows when her packages and mail shows up. she spoils him from a distance.
