Question?
Does anyone know of a free anti-virus program I could put on my computer?
I do have Norton right now, but it is about to run out and I really cannot afford to pay for it monthly.
Any help will be greatly appreciated...thanks Liz

Grisoft has the most popular free antivirus, AVG (I use it) and a VERY good anti-spyware scanning program. You have to have a "code" to use the free version, so be sure you get the code before you download, or it won't run.

Go to MajorGeeks.com and read what they have to say (and they have links to downloads). Grisoft's AVG is my favorite, Trend Micro is also good. Several companies that sell their products commercially have free versions for personal use, and some are VERY good (in fact the leaders in the industry).
