Question Do you feel that "old age" crept up on you way too fast?

As I was sitting in my rocker last night, I was feeling this "old" age crept up way to fast and I wasn't prepared for it. I wasn't prepared to be tired most of the time, I wasn't prepared to not sleep as well as I use too and I wasn't prepared to not have good health.

Last night I was wishing I had had more "notice" - kwim.

How about you, did it creep up way to fast?

Getting older didn't creep up on me...It jumped me from behind! I too wasn't ready for the health problems and loss of energy. I'm not thrilled with all my body parts "Heading South". I must say, this getting older thing isn't that great!

Ok ladies, I honestly feel better now and have more energy now than when I was in my 20's. There are ways to prevent aging and feeling run down. I refuse to get old!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stilll have tons of energy, but the occasional aches get to me. I have back problems (both inherited and due to a bad epidural) so it hurts almost all the time) and those aches bug me big time. My friends all ask how I have so much energy. I haven't got a clue unless it's the choclate!

The good thing is that I don't feel 40 but I still can't believe I am 40!! It did sneak up on me incredibly fast!!!!!
