Thursday Things 2/26

We are on the home strectch with the weekly to do list. Tonight is the last night I am teaching this week so I am really looking forward to getting it over with. Have to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the car. Made my March menu so now I have to finish the budget and grocery list.

I am working today until 4:00. I will make dinner once I get home. After that I need to straigten and clean the kitchen. I need to do a load of laundry and then dust and vacuum the office. If I have time I will dust and clean the spare bedroom. Just trying to get things done so that is less that I have to do this weekend.

Tomorrow is Friday so I am definitely happy! :-)

~dust
~vacuum
~go to the thrift store
~bake some bread
~cook supper

I woke up thinking today was Friday lol.

We were supposed to have an Odyssey meeting this morning, but it was canceled YAY!!! So instead we are doing science experiments and going to Lego Club later this afternoon. Other than that I need to:
~shower
~wash breakfast dishes
~take something out for dinner
~knit
~pick up dd from school

Shower
Coffee at my sister's at 1pm (girl time--Yay!)
Knit
Wash some towels
Easy dinner

I've done my usual morning things with the pets, family, and myself.

So on the board for today's "things to do" -

Water/work in the garden.
Update garden journal.
Do a quick clean through the whole house. (dust, vacuum, sweep, wipe down counters)
Wash DH's work jacket and coat and put them away for the season.
Enjoy the beautiful weather.
Make dinner.

Rainyish, but warm here. I walked this morning, did the pet chores and house routine. I have been to the bank and the post office. I am meeting a friend for lunch, then heading to the grocery store.Tonight is childrens swim at the gym, so I am going with my daughter and grandkids.Hope you all have a great day!

I exercised, took DD16 to optometrist, tried to figure out how to pay the $337 bill that will come after next week's visit, finished reading a book. At 2:45 I will take Foster son to therapy, daughter to work, pick up other daughter and bring home from work. Then dress, go to school to talk to 2 teachers (conference night). Then DH and I will go out to very FANCY restaurant to celebrate our 25th anniversary which was yesterday.

It's been a pretty slow Thursday. We just finished lunch and I'm almost done with laundry.

~Finish kids lessons
~Get orders done and packaged to mail
~Finish layout
~Get everything prepped for errands tomorrow
~Make dinner
~Son has basketball practice tonight

Score! I found a great wooden plant stand on the side of the road (tomorrow's trash day), and brought it home to paint. It's a very nice piece.

Dh is going to make homemade pizza, and splurged on a little dessert for us to have while we watch LOST.

I'm so glad tomorrow is Friday. I'm going to hit up the Salvation Army store after meeting up with friends. Send vibes that I can find some great treasures.
