    It is a day at home for me today. So, I am going to
    -Make a large pot of chili. If it turns out "acceptable" then I will donate some of it to the soccer club to sell at the concession stand on Saturday. The rest will be for us to eat here at home.

    Well it was warm here the other day with record highs but today its back to very nippy. I've got a full day planned but as is the norm it's pretty routine.

    ~ work
    ~ quick straighten of the house
    ~ laundry
    ~ fix dinner
    ~ prep lunches for tommorrow
    ~ Pick up DS#2 from academic club practice
    ~ take and pick up DS#1 to school soccer practice
    ~ stop at the grocery or drug store or maybe I'll get to both who knows....It all depends on my energy level.
    ~ call MDs office and set up a follow up appointment
    ~ print insurance claim forms

    I'd like to sort through one of those areas I've been putting off because I need DH's input as well but that will depend on his mood. You can't ask a saver to part with objects after a crappy day. So heres to hopeing he has a VERY good day. If not maybe I'll sort through the VCR tapes instead of the gameing or music stuff.

    Have a good day all!!!!

    Spent the morning running my disabled mother-in-law around town. I do this once a month for her. We hit the bank, the post office and Walmart for her grocerys.
    Now am home.
    Have several trays of bananas in dyer for chips
    Landry in the washer and dryer
    Need to vaccum our bedroom and the livingroom rug
    Then I think I'll work on my flipflop quilt. Time to sew my strips together for topper.

    I'm working until 2:00 this afternoon. Then I'm going home to do laundry.

    This evening I'm getting out my white paint and getting to work updating a few things like...

    hanging shelf- from black to white
    old terra cotta pots- whitewashing for some new inside plants
    a basket- it's currently red, but not the right color red, so I'm whitewashing it, too.

    It will be like getting new stuff but without spending any money!

    We've been having warm temps, but today is back to cool and there is rain on the way. So far, I've:
    * homeschooled the kiddos in the car lol, while waiting for DH to get out of PT
    * helped my grandpa put a new-to-him seat in his old pickup - the seat came from one of our old part trucks, so free for him and we got a little more junk out of the way
    * breakfast, lunch, and kitchen cleanup, made beds, and general straightening
    * took the kids outside to play for awhile before the rain sets in

    Still to do:
    * laundry
    * clean litter boxes, dust, sweep, and vacuum
    * dinner
    * soak in a bubble bath
    * watch a bit of tv and go to bed!

    It has been cold and sunny today. I got up and did the pet chores, linens, and a quick skim of the downstairs. I volunteered at the church clothes closet for a couple of hours, then came home for lunch. Met up with a friend and we spent the afternoon at the gym doing weights and swimming.Will have supper, then I am going to a ball tournament with the family in a nearby town.Tonight I am going to watch a few things I have taped and pick out pecans. Hope you had a pleasant day!
