Smile March 26, 2009 What Are Your Plans for the Day?

Tons of decluttering and spring cleaning here. No other errands. My new meds are still kicking my butt, and I'm fighting the cold that has been going around in the family, so I'll take some time to rest today.

It's going to be 50 degrees today. Spring can't come fast enough. I saw my crocus yesterday, and it seemed like such a concrete sign that spring is trying desperately to make its prescence known. Now if the mountain of snow at the end of my street would just melt so Kathryn can use her basketball net....I guess I can't rush these things

So what is on your agenda for the day?

Going to be in the 60's here.I have finished my workout and the pet chores. I am getting ready to do linens. I am taking my neighbor to have his taxes done and to an eye appointment this morning. He always treats me to Subway for lunch when I do taxi duty. Then back home and work out in the yard a bit. I am going to the gym for weights and swimming. After supper I am going with our neighbor and some other friends to play dodgeball.Hope you have a great day!

    Yea for today!

    So far -

    • DD up, dressed, fed (ride today)
    • went over her science project
    • coffee
    • tinkered in the Village

    Later I have to -

    • shower & dress
    • buy a pizza pan
    • put together a picnic
    • empty & reload dishwasher
    • pick up DD from school
    • help DD with homework (study spelling)
    • take DD to the park to play and have a picnic
    • go back to DD's school around 6:30 for the Science Fair
    • get back home by 8:30 (hopefully)
    • cook dinner for the Old Man

    I should -

    • do more laundry
    • rake out the garden area
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

The vast majority of our day will be filled with rain and thunderstorms.

Other than taking DD to and picking her up from school, I doubt I will do much today. These are the kind of days made for napping.

DS should have baseball practice tonight (yes, they often practice when it rains). Just have to wait on the coach to call and tell us where.

Well I'm feeling a little better since on antibiotics yeah! Don't have to work today, so I should get my house straightened up. If it doesn't rain this afternoon, my son has his first baseball scrimmage and we will go to that. Then come home and make dh his birthday salmon patties for dinner. I hope the sun comes out cause it makes one feel so much better. Have a great day all!

    Good morning!

Today I have to go to the commissary. While I'm out, I'm bringing dh some lunch. I'll have the boys with me, so this should be interesting.

Other than that, it's the usual laundry, lessons, etc.

I'm doing a few loads of laundry and having coffee, then showering and heading to the mall via C-Train today. Sportchek's having a sale on rollerblades and DH is home sick, so he's going to watch the kids for me while I go.

I also need to pick up a few items from Superstore on my way home (bread, mustard, etc).

Dave forgot to take his meds this morning (prescrips. for sinus infection), and I need to bring them to him. Then he suckered me into going to lunch with his father & stepmother.
