Today should finally warm up, so I intend to get outside and clean out my car. It is in desperate need! I may take it to the car wash, as well.

The kids and I have dentist appointments at 3:00, so I'll pack us all up and get us there.

Other than that, I don't have anything planned. More reading, running on the treadmill, relaxing. I am really trying to relax as much as I can, as work has gotten to be a bit stressful, so I'm milking Spring Break for all it's worth.

Dinner will be pork chops, brown rice and a vegetable.

Sunny but cold here today until this afternoon, when it should be the warmest day for a few days to come. It was actually in the 20's last night. Brrrr.

So far I've gotten the kids off to school, showered, had breakfast, thrown in a load of laundry, and printed off an egg pattern.

I need to do two more loads of laundry, work on Lauren's chicken for Easter, and make a "monster" plush for Kathryn for Easter.

    Have a good day everyone

Good morning everyone. Supposed to be another windy day here.

    I'll be cleaning the bathrooms
    Washing towels
    Putting away clean laundry
Have to run into town to the bank and grocery store for some salad makings and fruit
Have to price some fencing materials as we're replacing the back fence line with metal fencing and pipe for posts (this constant 50 mph wind has obliterated our 6 ft. cedar picket fence back there).
I'll workout before I get dressed to go to town. I think today is a yoga day.

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

I'll be inventorying the pantry and making menus for the next few weeks! We are really tight on funds for the rest of the month because of we've had some unexpected bills, so it's going to be close, and I really don't want to delve into the savings account for day-to-day expenses.

    A very successful day!

    * Made blueberry muffins for breakfast
    * Used past-it's-prime arugula to make pesto
    * Broke out the stock pot and made cream of tomato soup
    * Baked cheese crackers for after school snacks
    * Simmered a pot of lentils and put them up in the fridge for quick meals
