    Default Thrifty Thanksgiving Thursday 11/26

Good midmorning everyone. I've been up since 7:30. I haven't done much since it will only be me and DH for dinner. I have the turkey in the oven, have done some dishes, clipped coupons, and started my grocery list. I also restocked the fridge with Pepsi for DH, don't want him to have any withdrawls on a holiday. We will enjoy each others company and watch football games together. Probably take a nap and get up for some more food.

    Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

I didn't sleep well last night, but I'm in a good mood anyway today. I was going to make pies for today, but I ended up buying them. So today, I just had to make the turkey (it's about done right now), potatoes and rolls. For the rolls, I just had the dough made in the breadmachine. It's quickly becoming my favorite appliance. I think it's surpassing my kitchenaid.

I better get on the move. I still need to get dressed. We're spending the holiday at a good friend's house.

A frugal holiday. I got the food at good prices, we've eaten and played some games and now we're entering the nappy, snoozy faze. Oldest boys are playing video games, middle three are watching a library movie, oldest dd is in her room doing homework and 2yo is asleep. I'm going to crochet. Planning trivial pursuit after supper. Nice for mom to have a quiet day.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I slept in this morning which is almost unheard of for me! Then I made a pumpkin pie, loaded the dishwasher three times, worked up two deer for the freezer, put the turkey in the oven. We are eating at 7pm after dh and ds get in from hunting!
