Good morning everyone. It is a chilly Thursday morning. I took the dd's to school this morning and our towne boulevard looks so pretty with all of the evergreen trees lite up and the new snowflakes placed on the phone poles all lite as well. It truely looks like a small WINTER WONDERLAND!
I need to pick up the cat from the vets this morning. Her surgery went well. DD#1 has her cheerleading /basketball game at 4:30 and then has to come home at 6 and get ready for her christmas band concert tonight. Both dd's play the flute and will be performing. My mom is spending the night, so that she does'nt have to drive home after the concert in the dark. So I need to get the guest room ready.
I am making a taco bar for everyone tonight.

Good morning! Not so terriific here. The alarm did not go off and DH had 15 minutes to get dressed and get to work. It usually takes 15 minutes just to get there. So, of course, the kids were running crazy because the bus would be here in 15 minutes as well. They could ride with me, but they would rather ride the bus except for DS#3. He still likes to ride with me. So, if this morning is any indication of how the day will be....I would prefer to go back to bed!

Good morning everyone It's chilly here, but so far no snow. We're supposed to get "light snow" from 3 pm-3 am....I wonder how much that means in accumulation. I could deal with a snow day for the kids tomorrow!
On the agenda for today: finish addressing Christmas cards, wrap all gifts I have purchased to date (mostly gifts for the kids, so I'll need to wait until they go to bed), work on wallhanging for my mom for Christmas (better get moving on that one!)...

Its cold highs arent going to go past 41 today.brrrrrr
Got 3 shops 1 burger king. 1 GCO carpet and 1 Winn Dixie to do this afternoon.
Going to attemp the wrap presents this morning. we'll see how well that goes.

Since, dh is laid off now, and today is my day off, we are planning on doing some cleaning up the house. I really need to straighten up the porch. I have neglected it for awhile now.

The fog has lifted at least for now, I'm hoping it don't get that thick tonight because I have a meeting to go to & hate being out in the fog especially when it is THICK
So far I have:
cleaned out the fridge
studied for book study tonight
put the rest of the clean clothes away
cleaned off computer desk
cleaned off top of file cabinet
got to get the garbage can to the curb & recycle bins ready for tomorrow morning.
Hope everyone up north stays warm & safe in this wintery weather.
Tidied house this a.m. & ran a couple of errands. It is fairly blustery here & just not pleasant to be out in it.
The rest of the afternoon, I need to finish laundry, finish Christmas cards, shopping list for tomorrow (am going to
pick up last few gifts on list) & start supper.
