Thrifty Thursday July 29, 2010
I am so excited as to how I am starting my Thursday - getting a massage at home!! Must admit that I need it after working at school on Wednesday.
At noon I am picking up one of my students from last year and her mom and we are heading to the library - and I know that we'll stop for ice cream or something too!!
Then I'll either head to the other side to do some last minute shopping for school stuff or I'll head to the pool for exercise and relaxation.
Have a lot of paperwork and sewing yet to do before Monday so that's what I'll be tackling tonight!!
Have a great Thursday everyone!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Lots of Laundry, packing to go on a trip today. Got up around 7 am made a huge double recipe of sausage gravy and also 2 big pans of biscuits for my DH work for breakfast! If there is leftover, we will eat biscuits n' gravy in the morning before we leave (cheaper than stopping at Mc D or Hardees!)
I soaked some whites and stained stuff last night, now I gotta see if I have alot of savable white shirts and shoes for my DD school. Used Dishwasher soap, color safe bleach, and regular laundry detergent!
Last night I "used what I had" and made a stain spray with some Tide Stain Release powder (leftover from my not so frugal days) around 1/8+ cup powder to around 16 oz water. It has already taken marker stain out of my 1 yo DD church jumper! yay!!!! Whoo hooo! Got enough powder to make several+ more bottles of stain spray! just using what I already have!

I have never had a massage, I am going to have to look into that. Work for me today, have a doctor's appointment this afternoon, going to pick up my embroidery machine from the shop and then home to make dinner and do laundry and clean the bathroom! LOL fun, fun, fun

If you have a massage school in your area they have students give massages at a discount rate. A few years ago I got one for $10!
