    Default Thrifty Thursday, 8/5/2010

    Today I'll be headed in to work, eating lunch at home, and getting a quick trim on my hair at 5 pm (first in over 6 months). Dinner will be something here at the house, and since today's payday, I'll also make time to pay a few bills online. Depending on what time DH is home, I will also go for a walk and maybe do some toning exercises for my arms.

    ~Today I'm baking and sewing.
    I have hamburger and sub rolls to make as well as something sweet to put in the freezer for DH's lunches.
    I have a tote and a half of started/waiting sewing projects to work on but I don't know which ones I'll be interested in today.
    The kids have Bible School tonight. DH and I will be working in their room again while they're out of the house. We're either painting trim or laying the floor.
    Other than that we'll just try to stay cool. It's going to be very hot today and I just want to veg out in the AC!~

    Just paying some bills and household chores and then off to be poolside very hot gonna have build your own burgers and home fries corn on the cob for dinner hope everyone has a great day

    Working today, then tonight I have to do some laundry and vacuum. I should dust as well. I have to tweak my budget tonight and see how things stand. I will be very thrifty for a while....

    Not much going on today. My kids' dad is coming to get my son for the weekend. As usual, he won't tell me what time to expect him so here we sit all day. Guess i will get some laundry and housework done!

    today was finally thrifty for me...it is the first day in about 3 wks or so that i spent absolutely nothing!!! yeah for me!!! we went to the library, did some laundry and spent the day out in the yard at the pool from about 1 - 5...fabulous!

    Not so thrifty today.

    Had the Jeep inspection and car tags. Went grocery shopping for a few things and took the kids school supply shopping. 150.00 poorer.

    Made dinner and that was about it.
