Thrifty Thursday 9/23
Sliding down to the end of the week!!
Today is a pretty easy day for me - nothing scheduled after school - doesn't often happen!!
Think I'll run some errands - pick up a few groceries, meds, finally check out the sales at Walgreens too. Then home and head to the pool for some exercising. Think I'll cook dinner for DH for a change!!
Then I'm going to check my yarn stash for some projects I want to work on for Christmas.
What's going on for you this Thursday?Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

“Decluttering isn't just simplifying your life. It's having a vision, setting new priorities and using those notions to get rid of obstacles.”

Hoping to get our van out of the dealership, woo hoo, it was covered by our extended warranty. Thank goodness for that! Probably start another "no knead" bread for Friday.

Do you ever feel like your life is like the movie "Groundhogs Day" with Bill Murray and everyday is the same? lol Trying desperately to get out of that rut, however there is comfort in a routine, I suppose!
Today is work and school. I need to pack some water and snacks to take along because after school I pick up the kids and head over to dd1's cross country meet. The younger two absolutely hate them, but oh well. That's life!
Tonight I need to go over homework with the kids and pack up our bags to head out of town for the weekend.
Have a great day!

Have an ever so slight headache. Not enough to get me down, but just enough to annoy the poop out of me.
There are so many things I *need* to do, but none I *want* to do. I doubt I will actually accomplish very much today. Surely I will get a couple of loads run through the dishwasher and maybe I'll get a couple of laundry loads out of the way. I should be going through some boxes of old clothes, but that is not looking too promising today.
Hopefully after a few more cups of coffee and a mid-morning nap I'll get some pep in my step and have a semi-productive afternoon.DD (19)

PLEASE take me with you
I think I really need a break from my family. 2 kids and a dh in school, dh working full time, both kids doing gymnastics, ds has 3 projects due for school, dd is constantly
, ds is getting ready for basketball season.....

sorry about that.....today I have to finish cleaning the living room and the half bath. I have lots of homework to check tonight with all of the projects ds has to turn in, gotta cook dinner, give ds a haircut, and get both kids ready for bed before dh gets home from class at 9pm.

Took a much needed nap, worked out, went to the grocery store for a few things, hung out with the kids and that is about it!
