Thrifty Thursday 6/16/2011

Very hot in Texas, so my morning started early. I watered flowers and garden, gathered cucumbers, eggs, and zucchini. I staked the tomatoes, walked the dog, ironed, and mended a shirt for my son. I am currently washing the curtains in the dining room and bedroom. I just got my computer up and running again, so I will play catch-up today. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon and will run by my the administratrion building of my school to take a check. Don't know about dinner yet. Will think about that later today. Oh, I almost forgot, I also have sage drying in the dehydrator.

Wow!! You've been busy this morning.

Today it is raining. Dh & Ds left late for work today, and will be working late. I'm going to catch up on some laundry and clean up the kitchen. Tonight's dinner will be grilled cheese and soup. Lots of bread that needs to be used up.

It has been overcast here all day, it is cooler and windy. I have a nice breeze blowing thru the house.I am expecting the kids in from California tomorrow for the week. I have been to the grocery store, the Amish store and the bank. I did all the linens.Going to bike this evening. Hope you have a great day!

Went to WM and got the three items that I HAD to have. Everything else could wait until I make it to Aldi (the next town over). Then took the kids to the pool for 4 hours. They should sleep well tonight!

Came home late and refused to get take out. Found a pizza in the freezer and that was dinner. Took DD to ballet and back. Now chillin' for the rest of the night and making my to do list for tomorrow.
