Thrift Thursday, July 21

Right now I have the fan going. No ac yet. Trying to wait it out as long as possible before turning it on.

Need to straighten, dust, and vacuum the place today. Make some phone calls. Sort laundry. Also need to prep the berries. Having people over tomorrow for ice cream and berries.

Still need to eat breakfast.

Will be making sandwich bread, zucchini bread and home made laundry soap today. I think I'll be taking my poor dh something cold as he is working out in this heat.

I've watered the plants outside and that's about it! I need to get on the treadmill and get some laundry done (at minimum!). SO unmotivated!

So far today I have laundry hanging up to dry and my dad put the primer up in what will soon be the baby's room. Later we'll be prepping the room for paint and sorting the baby things we bought at the thrift shop the other day.

Just nursing bf back to health after tonsillectomy. Relaxing at home, making him some soft stuff he can eat. At least I'm not spending any $, although this may be my worst vacation ever- had to euthanize kitty; fighting the end of a bad summer cold; it's 100 out, so no fun outside; two days at hospital with bf; now just hanging out online.
