Good morning. I guess all of you are glued to the news as I am. The info seems to be changing minute by minute.

I have straightened up the house so far and vacuumed. The baby is fed and watching her morning shows.

Make up pancakes for the freezer
Swiffer floors
swipe bathroom
bake some pumpkin bread for the freezer
Plan dinner-I have to work tonight
Send ebay emails
balance checkbook
mail out mystery shopping receipts
declutter kitchen cabinet
laundry-almost caught up! Yippee!

I did have to turn on the heat last night-just once. I'm hoping to leave it off today, but it's raining and damp out. I may just nudge it up a bit for Courtney.

Have a wonderful first day of spring. I have long awaited this day!

Morning everyone!

Dave fixed the antenna last night so we get 4 channels now instead of just 2!! YaY! Now I can watch the news... seems thats all thats been on since he fixed it. lol

Tyler and I have play group again this morning.

We both really enjoyed it last week.

They're calling for freezing rain today, so I'm not sure what we will be doing this afternoon. We'll get a bike ride in if we can.
I have a couple loads of laundry to finish up and a few dishes to wash. I want to make up some more pancakes for the freezer.

Oh! Dave is going to rig up some flourescents in the basement so I can get some seeds started.

ds and dh are up and out of the house. just us girls and the dog now. dd is eating her breakfast. i have the dishwasher going and i have a sink of dishes to wash from baking bread last night. i have laundry to do, one load is waiting to go in the dryer. can't hang outside today since we are set to get rain. it's taken a turn for the colder so i don't want o be out there pulling in laundry in cold rain. warm rain wouldn't be som bad though.
dd and i have to walk up to the school this afternoon so i can try to register her for kindergarten. most likely they won't let me though because the wonderful virginia dept. of vital statistics still hasn't sent me teh state copy of her birth certificate so all ihave is the hospital copy, but i can at least get the form for her physical so that is taken care of when we go back in august to get her registered.
then we'll be doing basic straightening around the house and clean the upstairs bathroom.

I am rearranging living room furniture today and deep cleaning that room. I think I will borrow an idea from Danielle and bake some pumpkin bread for the freezer, I have not made any since the holidays and it sounds very yummy. I also need to whip up some cookie dough for the freezer too, DD reminded last night that there had not been any in the freezer for a couple of weeks. There is suppose to be an life insurance man here at 7:00pm, DH is so gullable that the man told him he had to bring the "free policy" that DH gets from the Volunteer Fire Department and personally give it to DH and me and could not just drop it by DH work. I had to enlighten DH that he was just a pushy

salesman and wanted to sell us more insurance. I am getting the feeling of a conman

coming. I hate salesmen coming to my home at night and especially on false pretenses! I guess you can tell I am a little irritated about it, LOL.

Good morning.

I have been glues to the TV as well. I woke up at 2:30am and started watching CNN. I could hear the warning sirens going off.

I need to get up and start decluttering and cleaning the boy's rooms. After that I like the 1 more bathroom and I should be done....for now anyway. I hate to even walk in their rooms. I guess that is why I saved them for last.

I am watching about every hour. If I stayed glued to it I would be a mess. Just picking up and sewing today for me.

I am watching the news with you guys. Trying to not get too attached to the tv, though. It just disturbs me so much.

Other than that, it's a cool, gloomy day here. We've had some nice weather, in the past few days, though.

All I need to do is vacuum, dishes, and some laundry. I have to go to work, too.

Another sunny day today! Yesterday actually turned cold during our walk, and then rained lastnight, but looks even brighter today than yesterday morning!

Yesterday I found storage space we weren't using so I took advantage of that and moved things all around so now our rooms are a bit cleaner.

I finally got all my clipped coupons put away as of this morning.

I need to find my grandma's address, mail that and a thank you note to my mom.

I hear Ayla waking up now, so I better get her changed and feed her

I'm going to really be working a lot more reading to her and sounding out words with her. She is 20 mths now and still no real words besides 'momma' and 'Hi' I think there is one other but I was reading that at 18 mths they(are supposed to) know how to say 50 words!?

Well I had to work today as usual LOL, but here are my other chores for the day:

Make bed
Wash dishes
Dust dining room and bedroom
Play with new puppy and give bath
Open coupons received today and organize
Prepare mail to go out tomorrow
Go through old magazines and toss out some...
Start FRED'S list to get ready for Saturday Dbl Cpn Day shopping
Wash and Fold Clothes
Trip to Walmart for a few items
