Terrific Thursday

Good morning ladies! Have a sicky today (DD#2), seems to be getting worse as the morning goes on. So far I've already done and reported a mystery shop, and copied some papers at the post office I've been trying to get copied.

Feed baby *DONE
Dishes *DONE!
make bed *DONE
Mystery shop *DONE
Get rebates together and mail *DONE
mail mystery shop application *DONE
list a few auctions
general pickup
laundry *DONE
give meds to DD#2 *DONE

DH is home today-rained out. He went to Home Depot (shocker). Maybe my hole in the wall will be worked on today!

I really need to go food shopping today, but I'm trying to hold out until tomorrow when I can go with only one child.

Today is kind of a laid back day for me as I've been working hard all week, and today is such a dreary, rainy, and cold day here that I can't get motivated to do much.

At least I won't be spending any money! LOL

Today is the day of the week that Laine and I spend together. We have a few errands and then we are going to lunch and the zoo. I will try to drop her off at home by three so I can beat the traffic out of town. When I get home I will have plenty of work around the house to keep me busy. I need to load the dishwasher, sweep, wash clothes, put away some groceries, and work some more in the girls bedroom. I am putting pink lace along the edges of the shelves in that room. No rest for the wicked! I just can't figure out when I had time to be wicked! LOL!

So far today I have made up the beds!! Unloaded the dishwasher!! Put the whites on to dry!! Picked Fresh Strawberries!! Put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher!!
I am going to start another load of laundry in a few minutes!!
Breakfast was Homemade Oatmeal Cookies!!
Lunch will be Rice!!
Supper will be Steaks!!
I hope to recieve Freebies and Samples and Coupons in the mail today!! Yesterday I recieved samples , a free cookbook, &Coupons in the mail and DD recieved her first birthday card in the mail for her 2nd birthday yesterday and I recieved coupons with it!!

My Husband is happy that I am able to recieve samples as well as freebies and coupons for our family!!

Hi everyone!!!

I`ve not been around these past two weeks so much...sorry I`ve been busy.(although being new here, you probably have not missed me

)

It`s raining here...

I got my kids ready for school.
I eat breakfast-3 toast and cottage cheese and coffee

I took a small 30 minute walk this morning before the rain started, and bought some vegtables and meat.

My 13 yr old son is home with fever and a cold.
I talked with a friend over internet.

I`m about to have lunch-a whole grain bagel and 2 hard boiled eggs and a green pepper.(don`t feel like cooking lunch)

I will be making a large lasagna this afternoon...mmm...for supper.

And I`m looking for new ways to be creative about being frugal.
I am doing alot of thinking thses days on how to save more...on details I would be missing....
